Once you have booked online, Globo Balear SA will only refund you your tickets if you contact us 48 hours prior to the scheduled show to inform us.

However Globo Balear SA will offer the customer the possibility to change your booking to a later show, contacting us 48 hours in advance through our designated contact channels.
